How do I edit frequency of my Subscription Program?
If you would like to edit the frequency of your Subscription Program sign into "My Account" and click on "Subscription Manager"; and select the program you would like to edit. Edit frequency will only appear if the program is not on hold.
How do I edit my next shipment date for Subscription Program?
If you would like to edit your next shipment date of your Subscription Program(s) sign into "My Account" and click on "Subscription Manager"; and select the program you would like to edit. Select "Edit Next Shipment Date" and click on a date from the calendar, and save.
How do I edit my shipping address for Subscription Program?
If you would like to edit the shipping address of your Subscription Program(s) sign into "My Account" and click on "Subscription Manager"; and select the program you would like to edit. Select "Edit Shipping Address" and edit your address or add a new shipping address.
Please note: By editing your primary address in "My Address Book" it will not automatically update your Subscription address.
How do I edit my credit card information for Subscription Program?
If you would like to edit your credit card information of your Subscription Program(s) sign into "My Account" and click on "Subscription Manager"; and select the program you would like to edit. Select "Edit Credit Card information" and edit your credit card or add a new credit card.
How do I place my Subscription Program on hold?
If you would like to place your Subscription Program(s) on hold sign into "My Account and click on "Subscription Manager"; and select the program you would like to edit. Select "Place Subscription on Hold" and remove at anytime.

- From Main Menu Press 3 for ShopHQ credit card and other options.
- From Other Options Menu Press 4 to manage Subscription Programs.
- Press 2 to Hold an Subscription Program.
- You can then choose to Hold by most recent Subscription Program eligible, look up by order, look up by item number or choose to hear a list.
Please note: A program that is already in process will still be shipped. If the program is placed on hold for three consecutive delivery dates the program will be automatically cancelled.
How do I cancel my Subscription Program?
If you would like to cancel your Subscription Program(s) sign into "My Account and click on "Subscription Manager"; and select the program you would like to cancel. Select "Cancel Subscription" for that program.

- Press 1 to cancel an Subscription Program.
- You can then cancel by most recent Subscription Program eligible, look up by order, look up by item number or choose to hear a list.
Please note: By returning your first Subscription order it will not automatically cancel future shipments. Please cancel your Subscription Program on your return form, cancel online or email ShopHQ Customer Service customerservice@shophq.com.
